The ServiceNow IT Service Management Intern will develop, organize, and maintain our knowledge base within the ServiceNow platform.
You will work directly with subject matter experts to standardize knowledge articles, manage content lifecycle, and ensure our ServiceNow Knowledge Base remains current and accessible across our global operations.
