Job Summary
The Executive Manager, Fibre Upgrade proposition is responsible for shaping and delivering fibre upgrade demand by developing strategy, driving execution, and meeting ambitious commercial targets.
A key focus is leading marketing engagement and managing MDF and rebate programs, coordinating virtual teams to deliver budgeted demand while modelling and influencing fibre uptake over the next five years.
The role also aligns cross‑functional stakeholders across network, operations, finance, and customer teams, leads strategic initiatives for ExCo/Board decisions, supports value‑creation programs with business units, partners with Customer teams on medium‑term strategy, and develops internal and external communications that articulate the fibre upgrade narrative.
