  • You will be responsible for delivering service that exceeds customer expectations, providing customers with relevant information, and attending to client requests, incidents, and queries.
  • The role involves analyzing dashboards/Management Information to identify trends, providing required reporting to clients, and implementing findings from client satisfaction surveys.

Key Requirements

  • 4-5 years’ experience in Client Service Support and Delivery
  • 4-5 years’ experience handling domestic and cross-border payments
  • Strong understanding of SWIFT payment structures
  • Relevant diploma qualification
