Key Requirements

  • Experience in managing in an Engineering Maintenance Environment
  • Experience in working under own initiative
  • Experience in delegating duties and line managing on site Engineers
  • Current Construction Safety Certification Scheme (CSCS) Card
  • Current Electro-technical Certification Scheme (ECS) Card (if electrically qualified)
  • City& Guilds Part 3, HNC, NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Time served apprenticeship in a Mechanical or Electrical biased discipline
  • Fire safety or Fire Risk Assessment training
  • Qualified in or having a Comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety guidelines and applicable law
