Our Deals teams provide strategic advice and support clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial information, with an emphasis on evaluating the quality of earnings and assets, analyzing cash flows, and identifying critical business factors that may impact the transaction.
The hybrid work model includes one day in the office, potentially more depending on demand, with the possibility of travel.
