Base: $23.50/hour; Bonus/Equity: $67,300 - $82,300 average annual earnings with uncapped incentives; Benefits: Health coverage, 401(K) with match AND Pension, tuition assistance, PTO, paid parental leave, wellness programs, employee discounts
