Must-have
5+ years construction project management experience
High proficiency in MS Excel pivot tables and macros
Knowledge of GMP, Lump Sum, Design Build contracting types
Experience with project charters and change order processes
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Nice-to-have
Experience with JD Edwards E-1 or AdaptiveWork software
Familiarity with PowerBI and Trimble scheduling tools

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Finance/Accounting
