Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 3+ years manufacturing quality experience
  • CAPA, RCA/8D, PPAP, FAIR expertise
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
  • IPC-A-610 industry standards knowledge
  • Statistical analysis software proficiency
  • GD&T and engineering drawings understanding

Nice-to-have

  • ISO 9001 or AS9100 QMS experience
  • Internal or external audit experience
  • Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen participation
  • Strong autonomous ownership skills
  • Cross-functional team collaboration

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Quality Engineering
  • 3+ years of production/manufacturing quality engineering experience
  • Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
  • Experience with validation activities and PFMEA
  • Proficiency in Minitab, JMP, or similar statistical tools
