Base: $107,500 - $204,500 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, and holidays

Bachelor's degree in STEM field
Minimum 8 years relevant experience
3 years test or integration experience
Hands-on microwave testing techniques
Spectrum and Network Analyzer proficiency
Matlab and Excel for RF calculations
Nice-to-have
Experience leading a team in production environment
Antenna or Radar test and analysis background
Strong management and decision-making skills
Excellent organizational and attention to detail
Experience with statistical evaluation tools like SPC
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
