Must-have
Two years of Food & Beverage experience
Ability to work with knives and hot equipment
Maintain professional attitude and appearance
Read and interpret recipes and prep lists
Adhere to local Food Codes and sanitation standards
Nice-to-have
ServSafe certification preferred
Assist with training new kitchen staff
Work with limited supervision
Results oriented team member

Key Requirements
High School degree/GED or equivalent
One year certificate from culinary school or comparable experience
At least two years of experience in a Food & Beverage environment
