Job Summary

  • Reviews and screens the medical record to abstract clinical data and enters reliable information into 3M 360, Epic, and/or Fastrack, as appropriate.
  • Maintains currency of CMS, State of Ohio, official coding and other guidelines, rules and regulations and applies principals as appropriate.
  • Cincinnati Children's is recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a top 10 best Children's Hospitals in the nation for more than 15 years.
