Job Summary

  • You will support a fast-paced and highly collaborative team dedicated to improving the customer experience and identifying actionable customer insights across the Undergrounding program.
  • This internship offers hands-on opportunities to interact with customers, participate in community events, collect and summarize customer insights, and support field crews and contractors.
  • This position is hybrid, combining remote work and in-person collaboration at least 1–3 days per week either in the field or at other office/meeting center locations throughout PG&E’s service territory, depending on business needs.
