Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5+ years commercial real estate experience
Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
Experience with DCF and sensitivity analysis
Degree in Property, Finance, Economics or Business
Nice-to-have
Experience using Forbury property cashflow platform
Exposure to valuations or industrial property
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented analytical mindset
Key Requirements
