  • You will represent the building owner, manage tenant relationships, coordinate building operations, and ensure the properties operate efficiently, safely, and profitably.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets for revenues, expenses, capital expenditures, and long-term planning; manage monthly operating expenses and prepare quarterly financial reports.
  • This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic portfolio while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional property management services that contribute to JLL's reputation as a leader in commercial real estate.
