Job Summary

You will participate in developing written policies, managing staff assignments, and coordinating with the Director of Nursing to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
This role requires direct involvement in resident care planning, medication monitoring, and serving as a key liaison between medical staff, residents, and their families.
