Must-have
Supervise nursing staff including LVNs and CNAs
Administer medications and IV therapy
Ensure regulatory compliance and quality care
Perform skilled nursing assessments
Coordinate care planning and documentation
Respond to medical emergencies

Strong clinical and leadership skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Knowledge of EHR systems (PCC preferred)

Key Requirements
Current RN license in good standing
Current CPR certification
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
New graduates with prior LVN experience welcome
Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
