Job Summary
The mission of this dynamic Leader will be to assist the Plant Leadership Team in building positive relationships with internal business partners, employees, and managers, diagnose and develop our talent and human resource needs based on business requirements.
The position will be part of an accelerated development program with a goal of positioning the new Leader to rapidly gain experience and grow quickly within the organization.
