Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
State License as Occupational Therapist
1-2 years of OT experience required
Conduct patient physical and mental assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans
Nice-to-have
Experience in residential or skilled nursing facilities
Collaborative interdisciplinary team environment
Excellent time management skills
Strong oral and written communication
Ability to work with diverse age groups
Key Requirements
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Valid State License for Occupational Therapists
1-2 years of occupational therapist experience
Preferred: 1-2 years in residential/skilled nursing facility
