10 years of plant maintenance experience
MSHA or OSHA safety standards knowledge
Hands-on simulation training delivery
Standardized performance assessment tools
English verbal and written communication

Key Requirements
High School Diploma/GED plus 10 years experience OR Bachelor's degree plus 5 years
Master tradesperson certification or license preferred
MSHA Blue Card Certified preferred
Experience in mining, manufacturing, or industrial environments
