  • Manage assigned team including recruitment, training, guidance, motivation, appraisal, and performance enhancement, while coaching and monitoring to deliver business objectives and support career development.
  • Develop business plans & forecasts for assigned territories and new business opportunities, and advise management on campaigns & activities related to products.
