Key Requirements
Master’s or Doctorate degree from accredited NP program
Current RN and NP licensure in state of practice
DEA permit to prescribe controlled substances
National Board Certification as AGACNP-BC or ACNP-BC
Experience in hematology/oncology clinical settings preferred
