Job Summary

• Patient & Site Engagement (PSE) Operations Specialist services provide administrative support for the management, execution, and timely delivery of tactics for patient and site-facing initiatives in support of a clinical trial.
• Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy and oversight of Scope of Work (SOW), forecasting and proactive management of PSE trial budgets and Purchase Orders, and driving execution of tactics through management of service providers.
• The role requires strong planning and tracking skills, excellent time, priority, and self-management skills, and a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and Microsoft Project.
