Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this Registered Nurse (RN) position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility, ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Essential duties include assisting the Director of Nursing, participating in policy development, ensuring staff compliance, and managing administrative, committee, personnel, and nursing care functions.
The role requires a current, unencumbered RN license, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of experience, preferably in a long-term care facility.
