Job Summary

  • Provide event day setup and support of multiple point-of-sale systems.
  • Serve as building-wide point of contact on IT related matters, conducting stadium walk-throughs to ensure all systems are operational.
  • Diagnose software, firmware, & hardware errors and breakage, and execute solutions, including tracking RMAs for equipment repairs.

Key Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field (Experience can be substituted)
  • Basic PC hardware knowledge
  • Networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VLAN’s
  • Windows 2003, 2008, 2008R2 administration
  • Wireless LAN concepts experience
  • Windows XP/Windows 7 and Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Virtual environments experience
  • Flexible scheduling and reliable transportation required
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, and up to 50 pounds
