SoFi Technologies is seeking a People Partner to enhance employee engagement and performance within their workforce. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HR experience and will support managers in addressing employee relations, coaching, and performance management

Job Summary

  • The People Partner plays a key role in supporting the workforce to ensure employees are engaged, productive and happy.
  • This role supports employee situations with discretion and HR expertise, and coaches front-line managers on addressing employee escalations, developing high performing teams and managing performance.
