Must-have
Bachelor's or associate degree in project management
Site visits required with 10-25% travel
Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making
Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel
Deep understanding of HVAC airside and waterside systems
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks
Previous HVAC Project Management experience
Self-starter with ability to inspire people
Experience developing proposals and pricing estimates
Ability to cultivate strong customer relationships
