This role offers a unique 1 to 2 year track to grow into leadership of a premier engineering team focused on custom dimensional gaging design.
Candidates will be responsible for designing inspection routines using hand tools, CMM, and 3D scanning equipment while performing fit analysis on cast assemblies.
The position requires validating work scope, leading innovative solutions, and fostering a team culture that embraces continuous improvement and safety.

Must-have
