Support initiatives end-to-end, from early business discussions through to delivery support and go-live.
Translate business and product needs into clear, structured functional specifications and platform requirements, including non-functional aspects.
Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Product Management, Engineering teams, vendors, and business stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
