Job Summary

  • The Senior Manager, Strategy & Growth will be responsible for driving the implementation of IMG’s clear strategic agenda and growth plan forward, making sure plans are honest, progress is tracked, and the right things are getting attention at the right time.
  • This role sits within the Strategy & Growth team, which covers IMG’s firm-level strategy and runs a consulting practice advising sports rights holders and investors, with a focus on internal strategic planning, SLT reporting, initiative tracking, and business integration.
  • Key responsibilities include driving IMG’s strategic plan, supporting the yearly strategy planning process, leading the production of SLT updates, working with SLT members on their strategic initiatives, and developing progress updates with the Finance team.
