Primary Location Base Pay Range: $99,400 USD - $149,200 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $94,600 USD - $167,900 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data migration, integration, reporting, or software development
• 2+ years of experience in technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design
• 2+ years of HR, Payroll, Financials, Supply Chain, or Student domain experience
• Familiarity with AI concepts, including LLM integration and agentic workflow design
• Proficient skills with ETL, SQL/MySQL, XML, Microsoft Excel, stored procedures
• Experience leading data requirements sessions
• Participation in at least 1 full life cycle software implementation
• Understanding of the complete software implementation lifecycle
• 2+ years of experience coordinating with cross-organizational partners
• 2+ years of experience mapping, transforming, and loading data
