Job Summary
The Training & adoption lead is responsible for ensuring effective awareness, adoption, and utilization of IT tools, services, and processes across the organization.
Key accountabilities include reporting to the Director, IT Training Services, working with IT Service Management communities, and partnering with the ETS IT Training Team to design and deliver training programs.
The role requires driving effective use and adoption of IT tools, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting a flexible, anywhere, anytime, any device approach.
