Job Summary

  • The Training & adoption lead is responsible for ensuring effective awareness, adoption, and utilization of IT tools, services, and processes across the organization.
  • Key accountabilities include reporting to the Director, IT Training Services, working with IT Service Management communities, and partnering with the ETS IT Training Team to design and deliver training programs.
  • The role requires driving effective use and adoption of IT tools, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting a flexible, anywhere, anytime, any device approach.
