Job Summary
This is a critical leadership position, responsible for establishing and owning implementation of a connected strategy across the pediatrics / maternal / public team, aligned with U.S. Vaccines and Pfizer Primary Care goals and performance objectives.
The Senior Director will lead key strategic initiatives and facilitate performance management, and execution for Pfizer’s U.S. Pediatric, Maternal & Public Vaccines portfolio, including key assets such as Prevnar 20 Pediatric, ABRYSVO Maternal, Penbraya and Trumenba.

Base: $214,900.00 - $358,100.00; Bonus/Equity: 22.5% bonus target and LTI eligibility; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), paid time off, and health coverage
