Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in accordance with facility, governmental, and third-party payer requirements.
Communicate routinely with the supervising physical therapist to ensure timely updates to physicians, nursing staff, the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families regarding progress, goals, and discharge planning.
