  • Serve as global SME for maintenance and reliability of fractionation biotech manufacturing operations, developing and maintaining global standards.
  • Provide technical leadership for maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of critical fractionation process equipment, utilities, and facility systems.
  • Ensure maintenance programs comply with regulatory requirements and support qualification, inspection readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
