Must-have

  • US Citizen with active Secret clearance
  • 10+ years systems engineering experience
  • Unmanned aircraft control systems expertise
  • Ground control station software experience
  • DoD acquisition program background

Nice-to-have

  • Mentoring and leading engineering teams
  • Experience with NAVAIR SETR process
  • Knowledge of Open systems architectures
  • Familiarity with Agile/DevSecOps practices
  • Direct MQ-9 platform experience

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline
  • Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI
  • 10+ years experience in defense programs
  • Prior experience leading engineering teams
  • Hands-on experience with avionics control software
