Job Summary
As a Senior CRM Lifecycle Consultant, you translate CRM and Digital Marketing strategy into concrete, scalable lifecycle programmes.
You own the tactical journey layer: turning strategic intent into actionable lifecycle designs that can be executed, measured, and optimised over quarterly and yearly planning horizons.
We offer a flexible, hybrid working policy and the opportunity to work from abroad for 13 weeks a year.
