Job Summary

• The Environmental Services Lead is responsible for performing and leading daily housekeeping operations throughout all areas of the arena before, during, and after events to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests, clients, and employees.
• This role supports supervisory staff by delegating tasks, monitoring work quality, and providing direction to housekeeping attendance while actively participating in cleaning operations.
• Maintain public restrooms by ensuring adequate supplies, clean surfaces, emptied waste receptacles, and safe, sanitary floors.
