Job Summary

• The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
• Essential duties include resident identification, recording information, reporting changes in condition, and performing nursing care procedures you have been trained to do.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information and report known or suspected incidents of unauthorized disclosure.
