This role leads and supports a team of engineers ensuring high-quality software delivery, oversees project planning and execution, managing timelines, resources, and risks to drive successful outcomes and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture.
Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of systems, manage system security, access controls, and compliance, and oversee integrations with other applications and platforms.
Lead ERP customer requests from planning to go-live, manage scope, budget, timelines, resources, and risks, and coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
