Job Summary
Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document the oral and/or topical medications ordered for resident use by the attending physician or Medical Director.
Maintain a friendly, productive working relationship with nursing staff, physicians, the Medical Director, and pharmacists to ensure quality medication administration.
Participate in Quality Assurance programs and facility committees aimed at improving medication pass performance and accuracy.
