Job Summary

  • Responsible for the execution, analysis, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs at the country level, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance.
  • Supports annual merit increase, bonus, and LTI processes, prepares payroll analyses, and evaluates salary offers for internal moves and external hires.
  • Owns the day-to-day administration of employee benefits and wellness programs in Mexico, acting as the primary operational contact for benefits vendors.
