Job Summary

  • As the first face of our Institution, project an impeccable image and correct use of body language, using empathetic and expressive vocabulary, generating cordial treatment that invites our clients and non-clients to transact in the self-service area.
  • Promote the use of alternative channels (supermóvil, Santander web, Superlinea, ATMs, multicajeros, and correspondents) at all times, transmitting information effectively and attractively, achieving their familiarity and involvement with new self-service alternatives.
  • Ensure that customers have the necessary credentials to operate on the service channels and advise them on the process of updating notification methods to perform their operations from digital channels, generating a better customer experience and reducing waiting times in the branch.
