Job Summary

  • This role strengthens selling capability by translating brand strategies, disease education, and product knowledge into compliant, high-impact learning plans and blended training solutions.
  • The Senior Specialist will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Medical to onboard and continuously develop Canada’s commercial field representatives.
  • The position will be performed through a combination of remote work and in-person work at the Kirkland Head Office.
