Job Summary
This role is an integral part of the Aman Nai Lert Bangkok Executive team and is responsible for the creation, development and implementation of the Sales and marketing strategy for the resort.
The role oversees all disciplines of Sales & Marketing with a key focus on maximizing financial performance across all revenue generating areas including Room, F&B, Spa and activities.
The Director participates in tradeshows, conventions and promotional events and ensures effective relationship management of new and existing accounts to drive business growth.

Key Requirements
5+ years experience in luxury hospitality sales and marketing
