Job Summary
As a Installation COE Leader (Asia) at Honeywell, you will be developing subcontractor strategies, improving cost competitiveness, driving performance, and supporting early-stage bid and estimation activities.
Lead sourcing and management for regional subcontractors, expand and maintain a strong, reliable supplier base, and build relationships with contractors across the Rest of Asia (ROA).
Ensure subcontractors meet Honeywell standards, partner with Proposal & Estimation teams for high-quality inputs, validate estimates, identify risks, and support competitive bid strategies.

Key Requirements
