Job Summary

• Responsibilities include maintaining banquet equipment cleanliness, ensuring a Health Department score of 90 or higher, and creatively designing buffets and coffee break décor.
• The position is very hands-on with excessive client interaction and requires supervising staff to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace.
