The New Graduate RN Residency Program at Banner Health has received the highest accreditation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Practice Transition Accreditation Program® (PTAP).
This program provides a collaborative learning environment where you can refine your nursing skills, enhance your knowledge, and transition from a new graduate to a fully competent, professional nurse at Banner Health.
All New Grads will also need to live within a reasonable commute distance of the facility they are hired into.
