The Assistant Program Director will provide operational oversight to all aspects of the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy Pharmaceutical Industry and Education Fellowship Program.
The role requires meeting with all fellows individually at least quarterly to provide feedback on their progress through the program.
Candidates must possess excellent supervisory, organizational, and training skills along with the ability to build relationships across all constituencies.
