Job Summary

  • The Citi Ethics Office supports Citi’s mission of enabling growth and economic progress by providing resources for employees that foster a principled culture of sound ethics, responsible conduct, and accountability within the organization.
  • This position will be responsible for managing a team responsible for the development, administration, and advancement of Citi’s global Code of Conduct, Code of Conduct training, other ethics trainings, and Ethics Office communications, as well as the review of Citi-level and other Citi policies, procedures, and standards.
  • In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years legal, investigations, or regulatory experience
