Job Summary

  • The Bancassurance Area Manager (BAM) strives to lead and develop Bancassurance Sales Executives (BSEs) and ensures that sales targets and critical metrics are met and exceeded.
  • Build, maintain, and improve relationships with the bank’s Area Business Director (ABD) and other key bank employees and ensure regular contact and communications through regular meetings and other means to support the achievement of the area production target.
  • Empower, train, and mentor the team and ensure adherence to compliance, code of conduct, and market conduct guidelines.
